- White marble was used generously throughout the scheme to help the light coming in through the large Low-E glass windows to bounce deeper into the interior.
- An outdoor balcony runs the length of the living area, and the view through the seven meter wide floor to ceiling glazing can be also be enjoyed from the adjacent kitchen that faces outwards for entertaining. An ultra long electric roller canopy with transparent white grill, to allow light to flow through, was imported from Germany especially for the project.
